Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Company name, address, email]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Exception for Digital Content

Pursuant to Section 18(1)(13) FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Business Transactions Act), the right of withdrawal expires for digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if performance of the contract has begun and you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Since our products are digital downloads that are made available immediately after purchase, your right of withdrawal expires when the download begins, provided you have consented to this before performance.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
